Dressing

- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper until the mixture is well combined and emulsified.
- Prepare the vegetables: Peel the cucumber and fork-score it for added texture, then dice it into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and chop the red onion finely to ensure balanced flavors in every bite.
