- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 cup Pepperoni (Sliced, mini slices recommended)
Seasoning and Binder
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning (Or a blend of oregano, basil, and garlic powder)
- 1 large Egg (Optional, helps bind ingredients)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent the chips from sticking.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and Italian seasoning. Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. You may add the egg at this stage if using it to help bind the mixture.
- Form Chips: Using a tablespoon, scoop out mounds of the cheese and pepperoni mixture and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to space the mounds approximately two inches apart to allow for spreading during baking.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown around the edges and crispy in texture.
- Cool: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the pizza chips to cool for a few minutes on the sheet. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely, which helps maintain their crispiness.

- The egg is optional but can help bind the ingredients better, resulting in chips that hold their shape more securely.
- Using mini pepperoni slices or cutting larger slices into smaller pieces helps the ingredients distribute evenly and crisp up well.
