Instructions
- Blend the Strawberry Base: In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, granulated sugar, lime juice, and 2 cups of club soda. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Maintain the Fizz: Carefully and gradually stir in the remaining ¾ cup of club soda into the blended strawberry mixture to help retain the carbonation and fizz.
- Assemble the Float: Pour the sparkling strawberry mixture evenly into serving glasses. Top each glass with a generous scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Optionally, add an extra splash of club soda on top for additional fizz and texture.
